How You Can Enjoy British Anywhere

When you travel abroad it is nice to maintain that connection to home. If you choose to live or work there it can be much more important. For me when I dwelt and worked in Turkey for 6 months there was very little I missed aprt from my favourite TV stations. I didn't realise how much I'd miss the news, Newsnight, Match of the Day and just the general documentaries and amusement on the primary TV channels. Certainly there's some great shows and comedies on US TV but the cost you pay is generally incessant advertisements breaks ever few minutes. Needless to say this is actually the exact age of the internet and all of the TV stations in Britain spread the majority of their content online. ITV player and bBC iPlayer function incredibly well and are very easy to use.Stations 4 and 5 have something similar and if you've a SKY subscription - Sky Go is really notable. At first it looks so easy, simply fire up your notebook (or connect it to the TV) afterward you watch the BBC news everynight. But there's a catch, it doesn't work outside the UK, at did not until I found this video about watching UK TV abroad
