When you travel abroad it is fine to keep that link to residence. If you determine to live or work there it can be even more important. For me when I resided and worked in Turkey for 6 months there was really little I missed aprt from my favourite TV stations. I did not realise how much I'd miss the news, Newsnight, Match of the Day and just the general documentaries and amusement on the primary TV channels.It's often said that British TV is some of the best in the world, but you understand it actually is accurate. Certainly there is some amazing shows and humors on US TV but the cost you pay is usually incessant advertisements breaks ever few minutes. Naturally this is actually the age of the net and all of the TV stations in Britain circulate most of their content online. ITV player and bBC iPlayer function exceptionally well and are very simple to use. At first glance it looks so easy, just fire up your laptop (or connect it to the TV) afterward you see the BBC news everynight. However there's a catch, it doesn't work outside the UK, at least it did not until I video about watching UK TV abroad
