How You Can Watch UK Television Abroad

When you travel abroad it's nice to maintain that link to house. If you decide to reside or work there it can be even more significant. For me when I lived and worked in Turkey for 6 months there was very little I missed aprt from my favourite TV stations. Sure there's some great shows and comedies on US TV but the price you pay is usually incessant advertising breaks ever few minutes. Of course this is the age of the internet and all of the TV stations in Britain spread most of their content online. ITV player and bBC iPlayer work exceptionally well and are really easy to use. At first it appears so simple, only fire up your laptop (or connect it to the TV) then you see the BBC news everynight. But there's a catch, it does not work outside the UK, at least it did not until I video about watching UK TV abroad
