When you travel abroad it's pleasant to keep that connection to dwelling. If you decide to reside or work there it can be much more significant. For me when I dwelt and worked in Turkey for 6 months there was very little I missed aprt from my favourite TV stations. I didn't realise how much I'd miss the news, Newsnight, Match of the Day and only the general documentaries and entertainment on the primary TV channels.It's frequently said that British TV is some of the best in the world, but you understand it actually is true. Certainly there is some amazing shows and comedies on US TV but the cost you pay is typically incessant marketing breaks ever few minutes. Naturally this is actually the exact age of the net and all of the TV stations in Britain spread the majority of their content online. BBC iPlayer and ITV player work exceptionally well and are quite simple to use. At first glance it looks so simple, simply fire up your notebook (or connect it to the TV) afterward you see the BBC news everynight. But there is a catch, it does not work outside the UK, at did not until I found this video about watching UK TV abroad
