What Are Ways To Prevent Online Harassment

Everyone knows that teenagers believe they know a whole lot more than adults. Guess what, they do know more than you do. Bullying is an immense and challenging problem and loads of parents are questioning what are ways to stop cyber bullying. The Pew Research Center research reports phone usage by adolescents is truly preposterous. If teenagers watch too much TV are they likely to become violent criminals? Just like many sensible sociologists thought, excessive childhood TV viewing has been linked to long-term violent behaviors. I'm beginning to think that is is behind my kid being an online bully. Is this my fault because I let them watch too much TV? Needless to say video games must have the same negative influence. I really want to monitor what my children are doing with the netbook and smartphone. Here is a fine blog for any person in the market for tracking and monitoring applications. It is a well written site that discusses options in an understandable way: Mobile Tracker. Some more important information can be located at http://www.cyberbullying.org/ and Cyberbully Help http://www.cyberbullyhelp.com Not many issues are more depressing than listening to some irresponsible parent say there is no way to know if their teenager is a cyberbully, or using their phone while driving, or just regulate how or when their kid uses their cell phone. Forget about internet security and suggestions from schools and law enforcement.
