When you travel abroad it is pleasant to keep that link to house. It can be even more important if you choose to reside or work there. For me when I resided and worked in Turkey for 6 months there was very little I missed aprt from my favorite TV stations. Certainly there is some wonderful shows and humors on US TV but the price you pay is generally incessant advertising breaks ever few minutes. Obviously this is actually the age of the web and all of the TV stations in Britain spread the majority of their content online. BBC iPlayer and ITV player function exceptionally well and are really simple to use.Stations 4 and 5 have something similar and if you have a SKY subscription - Sky Go is truly impressive. At first glance it seems so easy, simply fire up your laptop (or connect it to the TV) afterward you see the BBC news everynight. But there is a grab, it does not work outside the UK, at least it didn't until I video about watching UK TV abroad
